We use only professional grade and quality video tape decks, and state of the art recorders to produce your DVD+/-R media.
All our slide scanning is available in High Quality TIFF or JPEG, and always includes Digital Ice Technology!
We can produce virtually any video format from most other formats, either analog or digital.

In addition to Digital Ice, we use ROK and GEM also. These are filters designed to bring out shadow, and correct color on slides. Most other companies charge additiona fees to run these filters, but for us, it's just part of the process.
We also do not "batch" scan. We individually scan all your slides. This prevents missing slides, scewed slides, and damaged slides from batch scanning systems. When scanning, we view each slide on the screen before we process it, to make sure we're capturing as much of the slide as possible.
This individual scanning technique, allows us to handle odd size slides, and under/overexposed slides more easily.
Each slide is air-spray cleaned, and includes the popular Digital Ice technology in the scanning process.

DIGITAL ICE Technology
The award-winning DIGITAL ICE technology automatically removes surface defects, such as dust and scratches, from a scanned image. DIGITAL ICE Technology differentiates itself from software-only solutions because it does not soften, blur or otherwise alter any underlying details or composition of the original image. Instead, the patented DIGITAL ICE Technology works from within the scanner, during the scanning process, to provide users with a clear, authentic base image that improves the original image.

Pricing for Non-Standard 35mm mounted Size Slides or Negatives

Prices are in Canadian Dollars. 35mm Mounted Slides only. Pricing includes transfer to CD-R or DVD depending on total size. We also include 640x480copies of all images which are suitable for e-mailing. Print sizes are based on photo quality 300dpi printing. Minimum order $50.00
*We do not guarantee slides are put back exactly in the same order, or orientation in the containers they are sent in. Slides will stay grouped by container. If it's important that your slides stay in the same order, please send them to us in elasticized stacked in counts of 48, and not in trays. You also must mark each stack with a sticky indicating you need it returned in the same order.
